Ambiance Creations was established in 2020 with one mission: to bring a high-quality Candle Store for all. Our passion for excellence inspired us in the beginning and continues to drive us today. We pride ourselves on offering a superior shopping experience and in the long-term relationships we’ve built with our customers. Our handpoured soy candles are heavily scented using premium fragrance oil, the best wicks, and vibrant colors! We make each candle as if it were for our own home. All You Wanted to Know And More
WHAT IS GEL WAX
Gel wax is a transparent rubbery wax made of mineral oil and polymer resin. This wax burns twice as long compared to other waxes and has a much stronger scent throw. Gel wax uses its own unique scents that are made just for this type of wax. Nonflammable objects can be added to your gel candles to provide a more personal look. As with any other wax, please be safe when burning your candles. Please keep candles away from windows, flammable objects, and small children. Be sure to trim your wicks to 1/4 inch as they burn down to ensure a clean even burn. Give our gel wax a try today!
WHAT IS SOY WAX
Soy wax comes from soy bean oil, this is a softer wax that has a lower melting temperature which aids in having a slower and longer burn. Soy wax is more natural compared to some other waxes and produces zero soot while still giving you that hot throw fragrance we all love. As with any other candle, please keep your soy candle away from windows, other flammable objects, and small children. Trim your wicks as you burn, to 1/4 inch this will give you that lasting burn without candle tunneling and wick malfunctions. Give our soy candles a try today!
WHAT IS PARAFFIN WAX
Paraffin wax is a soft colorless solid derived from petroleum. Paraffin wax can be added to soy candles to enhance the scent throw, however we do not automatically add this to our soy wax candles. If you would like this to be added to your candles we have included a section where you order that will ask would you like a little paraffin. Paraffin wax CAN NOT BE ADDED TO GEL CANDLES! We will only add this if you request it! We try to offer our customers exactly what they wish. To please you makes us happy!
WHY IS THERE A DATE ON MY LABEL
Sometimes we ship a little faster than expected, and since we customize our candles for our customers with their favorite scent and colors the candle often needs that time to cure to provide you with the strongest scent throw. (cure means set) The date that we provide you with on your label is the suggested light date. Remember the longer a candle sets the stronger a candle is in scent!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Although all sales are final due to the nature of our work, we do however understand accidents can happen. If you receive a broken or damaged product that may have occured during shipping, we will gladly replace your item one time free of charge. You can email us and include a picture of the damaged item as well as your order confirmation number and we will send out a new product in a timely manner!

When you shop with us you agree to share some of your private information such as email, name, address and credit card info.
